Message from the Headteacher 23 June 2020
Dear Parent/Carer
As many of you will already be aware, the local authority confirmed yesterday that schools in Swansea would be open for three weeks from 29 June, not four weeks as Kirsty Williams, Education Minister, originally proposed. We, like many schools, had been preparing a four week programme and yesterday's decision has meant that we have had to make some significant changes to our reopening schedule. I appreciate that this continued uncertainty has not been helpful; pupils, parents and teachers are all justifiably frustrated by the timing of this decision. Tomorrow I will be writing to you with detailed information about the return to school programme which will begin on Monday. I have met with all staff today and we are looking forward to welcoming pupils back next week. Thank you for your continued patience and support.
With warmest wishes
Hugh Davies
